The treasures of the hive at Mielerie Aperte
On Sunday 16 November we open our apiary for Mielerie Aperte: a free morning with a honey extraction workshop and a tasting of our honeys.
Mielerie Aperte is back: Italy’s open apiary days, when beekeepers all over the country open their doors. We’ll be waiting for you at the apiary to show you the magical world of our friends the bees up close.
The event is free and suitable for the whole family.
When and where

- Equiturismo e Cultura educational farm and apiary, Via Olio di Lino 9b, Palermo
Programme
- 10.30am: honey extraction workshop. Together we’ll see how honey goes from the frame to the jar.
- 11.15am: tasting workshop. We’ll taste our honeys and learn to recognise their aromas and colours.
