Free-range eggs
From hens that roam freely in the countryside. Box of 6.
- Fresh produce: collection in Palermo or city delivery only (€5). We can't ship it.
- Minimum order €15. Once you've ordered, we'll call you to confirm.
Our hens spend the day outdoors, on grass and bare earth. There’s no intensive farming here, so there aren’t many eggs and the number changes with the seasons.
That’s why we don’t post eggs: you collect them in Palermo by appointment, or we deliver them in the city with the rest of your order. If the hens have laid fewer eggs that week, we’ll tell you when we call to confirm.
Storage. Keep them in the fridge, pointed end down. Only wash them just before you use them.
